Make it up! Start from a wrist mount, or 1.5, make the most strange knot you can, and get out of it. It takes a lot of failure but you get hooked 😃

I’ve been going on 3 months consecutive and maybe about 2 months worth with huge gaps in between. So I guess 5 months. And thanks for the compliment.

Yeah, you’re good for 5 months. And I agree though with the other guys about the breakaway technique. Not so much injury, but using more arm will give you a more powerful throw.

Position your hand so your fingers are facing your head instead of forward. Also, you a basketball fan or play basketball?
