# Multitool by YYF

I am trying to cut a string with the multi tool. I can’t seem to cut the string… I have no idea why…

Does anyone know why?

Look in the string cutting gap and you should be able to see a little metallic blade. I’ve seen a couple defective tools that were molded with the blade out of place or had plastic covering it, you’ll be able to tell when you look at it.

If it looks like you got a bad one just call the store you purchased it from and they should swap it out for you.
