that’s a pretty hard question to answer. only you know what you think looks cool, and it should be what you think is cool, not what others say is cool. you could show a trick to 100 different ppl and some will say it looks cool, some will say it doesn’t, and some will just shrug and not care. yoyo for you. just my 2 cents ---

Eli Hops, DNA. That’s the unresponsive stuff that makes non players go wow. All the tech stuff they don’t really get. Neither to they often really undertand whips and slack stuff. For the non player public you need BIG things or things that they can look at and take in for a second or so. So Fingerspin stuff and BIG tricks. ---

gyroscopic flops and tower tricks should work as well. maybe gondola too. ---

Doctor Popular has a BUNCH of crowd pleasing tricks tbh Edit: Zipper when done properly is a pretty easy and flashy looking front style trick. 5a of any level will probably make people go woahhh ---

Coro Coro for sure! Also some tricks that are good for non-yoyoers are Boing-E-Boing, any speed combo very fast, any horizontal, uh a star picture trick or any silly picture tricks will make people happy. Also 2a-5a can really blow peoples minds w simple things if you present the style well like do a big aerial 5a for people that have never seen that and they will lose it. If you want to make yoyo people go wow instead of the non-yoyo general public, then just do whatever you like doing! We are usually pretty stoked to see younger players enjoying playing yoyo. ---

Variety is always fun to show a wide range of tricks. My go to combo to show people is an Eli hop, boingy boing, pop n fresh, Mach 5, and then I throw again and do this fun star to tower picture trick that I learned from Rei via youtube.
