# MN yoyo contest

Can someone give me some info of who is sponsoring it this year? And on the website there are two dates. The 28th and 27th what one is right?

Hello Yoyoer8. The sponsors for the 2013 Minnesota State Yo-Yo Contest are on the website at [Minnesota State Yo-Yo Contest: Home](http://www.mnyoyo.com/sponsors) and they include Air Traffic Kites and Games, YoYoExpert, CLYW, and other fantastic yo-yo companies.

Sorry for the typo on the contest detail page, that has been updated. The contest is this Saturday on April 27th at Rosedale Center.

First Place 1A - $300 Sponsored exclusively by YoYoExpert  
First Place Open - $300 Sponsored exclusively by CLYW (Caribou Lodge)  
First Place Ladder - $300 Sponsored in part by One Drop  
First Place Jr Open - $100 Sponsored exclusively by Squre Wheels Yo-Yo Company  
Second Place 1A - $100 Sponsored exclusively by YoYoJam  
Second Place Open - $100 Sponsored exclusively by Square Wheels Yo-Yo Company  
Second Place Ladder - $100 Sponsored exclusively by Dif-E-Yo

That’s a total of $1,300 in cash prizes for the 2013 Minnesota State Yo-Yo Contest.

Winners will also recieve a custom designed trophy for their win

I need to pay more attention. I had no idea MN states was already here. I only live a few miles away, so I’ll probably be there. I’ve never competed before so I’m not sure I want to start now seeing that I haven’t put together a routine.
