Hey,
I have been looking to get a metal lathe for modifications, maybe to potentially make my own personal yoyo. Anyways, I will likely get a fair amount of disposable income in the coming months, and I was wondering what would be a decent beginners lathe? If that exists. And also I would appreciate a recommendation of size, and maybe a specific model.

If you have more specific questions, or want to go “bigger” send me a PM… I wrote that guide years ago and while it’s still my recommendation for anybody just starting out, if you have the cash to spend there are other options too 🙂

Hmmm…, I dunno. I don’t think they make any “Beginner Yuuki Spencer Metalling Lathes”. You might wanna try Home Depot instead.
