Hello! I hope you are all doing well,

Can anyone provide information on the OEM or in-house manufacturer responsible for the production of Mowl Hybrid yoyos?  
Additionally, are there other established manufacturers specializing in hybrid (metal-plastic) yoyo designs with consistent machining and material integration quality?”

I believe it is C3 in Hong Kong as they were using simliar spacer designs across models a few years ago. C3 also has a lot of their own Hybrid models. C3 also did a Hybrid with Doc Pop in 2018 called Bolt 2.

TopYo is also a Hybrid OEM with some of their own releases.
