I think it’s a yoyo by RecRev. I am also led to believe it is a wider no.9. Don’t take this from me though, as I’m not 100% sure.  
But to answer the OP, In general I would say “no”, but it depends on the condition of the throws and how much you want the other yoyo. 🙂
