The legal system operates on what can be proven.
By yoyoing with a hat on the ground, you have done nothing wrong at all. Everyone knows your intentions, but nobody can PROVE your intentions. It’s called busking. I do it all the time when I’m in the city. It’s not panhandling and is perfectly legal. COPS have even tossed a couple bucks into my case. There’s a difference between asking for money and performing for it.

1.I never said performing on the streets was wrong.
2.I have never heard this term busking, I am assuming it’s what is call panhandling here.
1. Yes but standing on the streets performing is like saying can I get some money since I’m putting on a free show? Thats why it’s always been call panhandling to me. And I know the difference between beggars and panhandlers (or buskers).
4.I know I’m not always right, but I usually make these discussions because it’s started by someone miss reading my post or I post my opinion in a non-understandable way.
If you want to further discuss, PM me, I hate when people get off track, especially since I cause most of the off trackness in posts.

All I am saying is that panhandlers MAKE THEIR LIVING by performing, and usually they don’t even perform interesting things.
BUSKERS on the other hand, do it for fun, to make an extra buck and teach even. You don’t need a permit unless you make so much money off of what you do.

now is the best time. low prices ;D
but panhandling/bustling is what i do when i am bored and in need of some cash. not for yoyos, but sometimes i go to santabarbara and they have this really big market street and i just yoyo there and occasionally i can buy myself a chipotle. oh chipotle, who can resist you.

Beware! street preforming is not all its cracked up to be!
I did it ,didnt make a cent and had some
older teens who when they were riding away on a transportation thing in a shopping center and 50 feet away yelled “YOUR YOYOING SUCKS!” I had no time to reply and couldn’t give them the bird because I had stationed myself next to a toy store hopeing to attract kids. ☹ The sensless un-called for meanness really hurts even if its from a bunch of older teens.

Learning to have thick skin is a key to a happier life. Some think it turned me into a jerk, but what I think it did was make it REALLY hard for someone to upset me verbally. See why do you let such minuscule statements pierce you so much? If it don’t apply, let it fly. Who cares what those _insert explicit language here_ teens said or did. Do they know you? Do they know how to do the tricks you were doing? Probably not, so why let it bother you, eff them, be who you are gonna be, if people don’t like it, eff them too. Just my take on it.
