I figure this should be in general, but if it belongs in mods or unrelated, please move. Ok, so I heard from a friend and the fourms that to make a counterweight you need plastic lollypop sticks. Is this true, and if so, where can you get them? I live in US. thanks. ---

You could use them. Go to Hobby Lobby or Walmart or Michaels. They have stuff like that. -Nick ---

I make my own hand made counter wieghts and i do not use any plastic lollypop things. if you looking to make a hole, a drill press is what i use but a regular drill will be fine. Also, what are you making your counter wieghts out of? Gizzyo ---

Probably some sort of resin or rubber since he wants to use sticks. ---

I still don’t understand what the lollypop sticks are going to be used for… I just use a drill to make my counter weights ---

Well, if you drill them then there is always a possibility that you will crack them. Also, I used to work at Hobby Lobby and we had them. Did you check in the cake decorating stuff? Theres candy making supplies over there too. ---

CLosed, michaels had lolly pop sticks… thanks all. And to Cali, i asked like 5 hobby lobby people, no sticks at the one near us ???.
