nothing has been released about the date, and ive heard from another forum that its probably gonna be around june

this is an email sent from Andre to Andrew from VsNYYC:
Hey Andrew,
We are still working on this - there are a couple different directions we want to take the contest so are not sure if it will happen in February - but there will be a good contest at some point this year.
Northeast Regionals will indeed take place in April - they are still finalizing the date as well.
As soon as I know more I will make information public but that is all I can say right now.
