# Luftverk Alpina & Bearing Blanks!

The Alpina is the newest titanium retro-inspired design from Luftverk. This slimline throw comes in two different diameters, in 55mm and 47mm allowing users to pick between a more stable traditional slimline yoyo compared to a ultra-portable fit anywhere form factor.

The Alpina includes a brand new product for Luftverk - a fixed axle bearing blank. These blanks can turn any yoyo into a fixed axle throw. Beware - these are challenging and also highly addicting. Change it out for a half sized slim bearing for semi responsive play, or swap in a traditional full sized C bearing and practice your precision with your 1A combos.

The new Luftverk “Bearing Blank” is a billet machined bearing replacement to turn any yoyo that fits a half-spec bearing into a fully fixed axle yoyo. These are anodized for durability and visual aesthetics.

Note: these are intentionally machined slightly oversized to reduce the chance of galling and make removal a lot easier. This means these may include slight vibration in your yoyo, which is not too noticable in slimmer responsive yo-yos.
