Just because no agreement has been made with YYF or any other companies besides YYJ and Duncan does not mean that there are not on-going negotiations. YYJ is just the first, Duncan it seems is doing this intelligently, this way other manufacturers may legally produce products designed for the purpose of 5A as well as it’s accessories, yet Duncan will still receive royalties. Good to see some progress on the issue. 😃
