Hi there!
I think the version of the orphan with a bearing is not the pawn. (I think … 🙂
But I really don’t know!
I know there are fixed shaft orphans and some bearing ones.
But I am very much afraid, to my misfortune, that the pawn is something else; (
The Bearing Orphan will not play the same as the Peon.
I am looking for a wooden yo-yo to play 1A, the small vibration does not bother me.
(Can you play 1A with the bearing orphan ??)

Just in case, confirm that he really is an orphan and not a pawn, who knows … 🙃

The orphan with a bearing is called the poupon, the peon plays heavier and is a bit wider

I found some pictures of the rolling Orphan, the Poupon.
It is clear that they are two different yo-y’s.
I’m looking for something that allows me to do more or less long combos without getting bogged down with the turns.
The Popupon seems very narrow and with the you seem too high for 1A.
The Pawn will have more turning time … right?

Ok. Now I remember. The Peon is very large. The Poupon, while narrow, is still VERY capable at 1A and has impressive spin times due to the large diameter. Lemme know if interested. Good luck!

I’ve never seen what kind of tricks you can do with a ball-bearing orphan!
is there a video on the internet of someone playing with that yoyo?
Which one spins for the longest of the two?
