It’s possible.
There was only one initial release, which sold through. It’s a brand new model, so it wouldn’t seem like there is enough history to determine that it is unpopular.
It could have been intended all along to revisit a design that is supposedly widely despised, and then piecemeal it out in a premium price finish. Maybe I’m not devious enough to appreciate the appeal of that plan.

It does seem like Cerakote is slower, so it is perfectly possible that these drops are part of a plan for the initial production run.

If yall wanna see some crazy cerakote stuff alot of gun enthusiasts got into ceraloting their rifles and such a while ago. Some really cool ideas have popped up. Idk if anyone has said this yet but thats where ive seen alot of verakote stuff

I have a Remington 243 that my father gave me. I had a gunsmith restore it and Cerakote the barrel a few years back. Looks VERY nice now.

Yo they never dropped the pink cerakote dios yet correct? They said they were going to wait until they had more supply I thought but then forgot about it. Correct me if I’m wrong and I missed it please. Thanks y’all!
