# Lego counterweights- has this been done?

Has anyone out there already tried making a counterweight out of Lego? Seems like an ideal thing to make one with if you combined Technic and standard blocks together, especially as you can customize the weight and dimensions of one.

I’m making one later today and, if it works, will share design pics for people to copy and modify.

I don’t own many counterweights but I feel like legos are going to be too light, a bit square and painful. 😳

Actually pretty comfortable and the tire piece helps add some much needed weight. Also acts as another pivot point as long as you don’t drop the yo straight down while only holding the tire. Needs refinement still but so far pretty happy except for the rare instances where the tire has flung off
