I get my NTH Index finger in before the loop is in,and I know that is wrong. But when I try to do it like Andre does,It just loops and shoots back to my hand, even when it is started from a breakaway. What is the problem?

Thanks

You have to get the timing down. The reason it shoots back is because that’s another way to bind that a lot of people do. The loop wraps around and grabs the response. Mainly just work on the timing of putting your finger in the loop or just move on.
