Does anyone know how to mod a JK to have splash or knows how to airbrush?

take a paint brush and flick paint on it worked for my raptor and might do it to my phoenix

I would not recommend this method. Unless there is some clear coat over the paint, the paint will scratch off. You would have to get the JK custom anodized or painted.
