Silver Skittles was actually SpottedBanana’s idea. For some reason I had it stuck in my head that it looked much better on black and it wasn’t until she suggested that I try silver that I saw how pretty it comes out.

Another interesting fact is that the shades of color I use for Silver vs. Black skittles and the splash patterns are actually slightly different. Little tweaks like this help to make each variation look better as a whole.
