# Jamboo bind help

First - try throwing harder.&nbsp; The harder you throw the easier time you will have returning the yo-yo to your hand.

Also when you go to do a bind:

Make sure you really pull the string down into the yo-yo.  
It just takes a lot of practice if you are not used to it - but it is a skill well worth mastering.
