The customer service from YYE is outstanding - I mentioned this in another thread. I bought the Masamini V2 when it was released on YYE (literally seconds after release - I was watching the countdown timer for about an hour šŸ˜), but on the first throw I noticed a significant amount of vibe. Tried tuning it with a bunch of different axles / bearings with only limited success. I reached out to YYE who confirmed theyā€™ve had reports of problems with vibe on the new Masamini. They told me to hang on to the one Iā€™ve got and offered to send a replacement when they get some new stock. Canā€™t really do better than that! Excellent customer service, good value on pricing, and the community theyā€™ve fostered here on the forum is the least toxic Iā€™ve ever been involved with. Top marks all round! šŸ˜ƒ ---

and some may be just drunkā€¦ and thatā€™s cool tooā€¦ a snifter of bourbon or ten to loosen the throwing arm is nothing to judge aboutā€¦ i like shopping at yye, and i believe that they as a brand and culture have a positive impact on the yoyo community. and do provide us, as a yoyo ā€˜familyā€™ a very liberal place to do yoyo-ey things. i am very grateful and appreciative for this, because it is something special. it doesnā€™t have to be here, we should all be very grateful to andre, his team, and the mod folks here. ---

Interestingly, myself and some of my members are now being subjected to a harassment campaign by the ā€˜peopleā€™ at Yoyo BST & Talk. Months ago, my Fatguy Snacks artist account i had for almost a decade got taken down because someone ā€˜complained about the nameā€™ā€¦ and thatā€™s the only place I was active Now, it seems BST Talk folks are trolling and harassing OUR members with fake accounts, and it seems another member just had their account randomly shut down :thinking:ā€¦ coincidentally ---

I was banned from the group recently too along with my husband (pyrotechnic). Weā€™ve been part of the online community since 2004ish(together since 2008), never had a bad deal on our end in all that time. My husband was banned one time before now and he was able to get back in after awhile. Recent time was when I reached out for help due to some unexpected/scary events. The first ban was due to some pretty stupid stuff. Pyrotechnic was mad at a moderator for taking the wrong side in an issue so asked to be banned. A major company accused pyrotechnic of trying to pass off stuff as rare, least dishonesty about what it was. He didnā€™t do it butā€¦ the moderators and a lot of the group decided that we were scammers/bad people based on the comment. Had to fight to get a statement from the company because months after I was attacked for still being able to post in group. Guy was trying to act like he was speaking for everyone in saying that my posts shouldnā€™t be allowed. They did post response that backed what weā€™d said. But by then a lot of the people that spread the rumor had decided to block us so probably the people who needed to see that statement didnā€™t or they probably chose not to believe it. Glad to finally put the group behind us(no moderators contacted us before banning us this time). We tried so hard to be accepted the little bit we had. Repeatedly bullying is fine. Ridiculous. ---

I was chatting to someone else on Facebook who I recently purchased a yoyo from - really nice guy. He said heā€™d noticed a bunch of people banned but couldnā€™t understand why as heā€™d not seen anything offensive posted by them. The Yoyo BST & Talk mods will just stitch themselves up if they keep on doing this - people will leave and the group will die. Once I have enough rep Iā€™ll be joining the group set up by @fatguysnacks247 - having had positive interactions with him here on YYE I suspect itā€™ll be a much nicer place šŸ˜ƒ ---
