Can you do horizontal play with an O (organic) shape yoyo, is it possible, because I might like the shape, and want to know if it’s possible.

It’s possible. It’s just not necessarily optimal.

It is possible to do horizontal with any yoyo, it is just easier with some.

Higher walls on an organic shape would cause the yoyo to tilt off axis a lot faster unless you’re getting perfectly clean string hits.
