What does this mean? Pressing steel into aluminum? Like inboard weight rings? This has outboard rings? Lots of machine shops have done steel onto aluminum, whatever is making it unique is not apparent, or described, so I’m just curious for some clarification if possible
Edit: I un-deleted this because I am still legitimately confused as to what is going on with how they have described it.
Being in the auto industry, I see steel pressed into aluminum in SO many different applications, hell I even do it on my shop press from time to time, so why would a machine shop have reservations about some steel center weight?
I even do it freehand with this bad boy and an impact gun. Not a precision operation or by any means at scale, I’m just super confused by the description lol.

i think the are referring to this ?
ive heard of yoyos trying the small second ring inside for aesthetics that fail and easily fall. probably thats the challenge ?

Having a colorway for the Intertia rip off the Xenon logo is kind of a big turn off for me. Why did they do that?

It’s the Xavier Ng edition. If you watch Brandon’s video you can see that they’re very friendly with the alternatives team. Xavier even gifts Brandon an inertia in that colorway.
