Here eBay tries to rip you off by adding enormous ‘duties’ onto the price of imported goods, even when your country doesn’t charge duties for them… that might be part of what’s displayed as a ‘shipping’ cost. ---

I think this guy cracked the code. Get $100 yo-yo and receive it raw. Send it to ANNODIZER and give it a sort of Saturday splash finish… Sorta. Identify it as a one of a kind yo-yo and sell it for 650 bucks. Give no other background information on the yo-yo. Find one sucker with a pocket, fuller, lettuce, and save the day. Don’t even attempt to give a useful description of what you’re selling. Just start the imagination ball rolling and pray for a short queue of dimwits. Reminds me of the old story about the guy and his friend walking down the street and they see two guys on opposite corners. One guy has a whole cart full of oranges and he’s charging a dollar apiece. On the other corner, there’s a guy with a little wagon that has one orange on it. The single orange cost $5000. Mystified and curious and just plain nosy, the two guys walk up to the guy with a single orange and ask him what’s the big idea? The guy across the street is selling oranges for 50 cents apiece? And the vendor says that guy could be there all day trying to sell those oranges for a buck. On the other hand, I only have one orange to sell and I only need one buyer and I’m good to go. There’s an old saying that you can ask for anything and the worst thing that can happen is that people may say no. I’m only posting this one because it’s kind of at the lower edge of those people that have old CLYW yo-yos listed for 2, 3, 4 or 5 thousand bucks etc. I understand that some things are exclusive and if an actual collector, maybe just needs that one particular yo-yo to fill a hole then that’s the price you have to pay. There is another old saying that obviously goes you play you pay. So a person has to decide what’s more important to get that one yo-yo they don’t have yet or to be sitting on a thick wallet filled with money? Decisions have to be made. Sometimes the wrong decisions are made. I would think in this particular auction of the anti-yo one of a kind yo-yo, that the seller would at least try to earn the money by giving a little more background information on the actual yo-yo. ---

It appears that one drop at to crank it up a notch or two \>\>\> And show everybody who’s the boss. Three packs of one drop summit for only $348. Those cutting edge side effects look sweet. As does the metallic powder coating and incredible almost life like flame jobs. No doubt anybody that’s been in the game for at least a week or two even if they were clinically blind would be able to tell that those are genuine. One drop yo yo-yos. If ever there was a case for FOMO… Fear of missing out… This is that one in 1 million. That one chance to own part of history. Why not get three legendary Summit yo-yos instead of just one? Only a monkey’s uncle would be dumb enough to pass up a deal like that. That is a small chunk of change… But look at the good side, you may get something so awesome that if you held onto those three yo-yos for 100 years, they would probably be worth at least a dollar apiece cash money. But then again I can’t predict the future at least for more than the next 75 years. For this particular release, Shawn and David Elected to not sell directly. Also, they decided to not market amazing threesomes through YoYoExpert. After discussing it for a good amount of time, they decided that it discreet drop through Mercari may be the better thing so that somebody lucky enough to win the lottery might just land on this link that will change their life forever. It caused pain in their hearts, Just contemplating the possibility of seeing so many of their Avid followers, emotionally, crushed if they missed out on this magical mystery deal. As many yo-yos, as I have, I could always use three more. The problem is that my age, if I bounced for that trio of awesomeness, if something ever happened to them I’m sure I would drop dead of a sudden emotional heart attack. So I save myself by resisting incredible deals like that. But on the dreamy side of my brain, I always fantasize about yo-yos that I haven’t tried, but just the images spell out incredible awesomeness. Probably the best performing yo-yos that you’ve never tried in your life and will probably never be lucky enough to ever even touch. But don’t worry life will go on and you may get lucky and score some other type of one drop secret release. Whoever said life guarantees happiness. I only posted this response because this incredible emotional journey has turned this into the saddest day of my life. But I keep optimistic. I keep thinking positive. There is a glimmer of smile on my face as I go to sleep tonight knowing that it’s possible that tomorrow may even be More unfortunate than today. So on a positively negative note… There’s that.
