Did you have his address? How old is this fellow you are dealing with? If you want you COULD get the police involved, but that would only be a last last last resort. ---

Personally, I have experience with Djbicide, and all have been positive. I’m willing to bet that there is a personal issue behind this and that he is not trying to rip you off. But then again, I could be very wrong. ---
