So on December 24th I ordered an Oregon sky Code 1 and he said he would ship December 26th but he didnt end up saying he shipped till the 28th. after this it was incredibly hard to reach him. On January 11th he sent me a text saying the first code 1 got lost in the mail and he bought a new one and he would be shipping the next day. I have heard nothing from him since and no package also he lives in california and im in washington so shipping shouldnt take that long. P.S. I payed him by shipping him cash via priority and i still have every P.M. test and call and the tracking confirmation and pictures for the money I sent. Thanks for the help ---

but what i meant is there any way i could file some sort of charges like mail fraud etc. cause otherwise thats 85$ down the drain ---

No, there’s not much you can do. You can file a mail fraud complaint but that won’t get you much more than a “thanks” from the postal service. He was last on here on Jan 15. ---

true but it’s the no response along with the 10 day gap after he supposedly shipped also we aren’t 100% sure it’s him ---

Maybe something happened. definitely look into it and message some of his friends. I’m fairly confident that things will turn out well for you. Obviously you deserve some kind of apology from his part, but I’d be more than comfortable to deal with a fairly reputable player, they have too much to lose to scam just over a few bucks. ---

I know Mike personally. Hes a nice kid but he is extremely irresponsible and obsessed in school with his popularity. I will try to contact him about this and get it sorted out asap. This is unnacceptable. ---

This has nothing to do with this post, but is it just me, or does it look like he has that face in the beginning of the video that he’s trying not to cry? lol Also, next time you ship someone cash, DON’T!, but if you do, get insurance on the envelope for the amount your sending. That way you can at least have some kind of claim to mail fraud, etc. ---
