I had this cracking on my throw hand index finger for some reason! It’s all gone now though apart from 1 crack which went really deep.

Any obvious change in technique…? Or just played on and pushed through till skin toughened up or calluses took over?

Your comment made me buy some protection and care cream with beeswax and it seems to work quite well! I haven’t had an oof ouch moment when throwing a breakaway since applying the cream every other day.
