my throw hand pointer finger, it that normal that it keeps on getting wrapped around in string? please help

Every revolution you’ll get another wrap around your finger. It’s unavoidable. Eventually the mount will be to small to do anything.

Yes, it is normal.

To quote the video, “Every time you do this you’re going to keep getting string wraps. Eventually the string gets really small. It’s going to make it a little bit harder to get into it.”.
