I’ve been thinking of getting into making videos, not entirely sure on how to start out though. I grew up on your videos so figured I’d ask you, thanks for any help!

As far as making videos goes, ask away! The barrier to entry has never been lower, so that’s great. And as with anything done for fun, that helps the motivation to learn how to do it to.
I don’t know if it’s a matter of knowing where to start, needing direction, resources, or technical no how, or anything else, but happy to give any insight I may have!

After thinking about it, I think my biggest problem is just tricks–I guess I’m not the most creative person when it comes to tricks, I’m kind of wondering if you have any cool elements you like adding to tricks to make them look cooler?

I’d just say that the more tricks you learn, the easier it’ll be to create.
Or, try learning tricks 80% of the way, rearranging the elements, combining elements into other tricks you know, etc.
You can always create a unique combination of elements that feels good to you, even if you struggle to make up unique elements.
Eventually, as with anything, you’ll figure out how to make fully unique tricks. Just takes time, effort, and playing around. 🙂 I can help with specifics on making up unique tricks, but I would start with making unique combinations first, and trying to add some personal style/flair to them.
Beyond learning tricks, you can work on your style - how you perform the trick. Speed changes, isolation, zoning/how & where you position your hands in relation to the trick. For that, you could watch players like Ando or Zach Gormley or Gentry or anyone else who’s style you like, and try to mimic whatever it is about their style that you find appealing.

Sometimes the way copyright strikes work on YouTube doesn’t follow logic so I’d still hazard a guess that’s why (might not even be Acts29 who made the strike).

Both versions of the video are still up, maybe someone liked the video, but didn’t listen to secular music, so they changed the song? I’m not entirely sure, people are weird.
