If anyone has anything with hubs for between 15 and 30 bucks, I might buy it. I have a couple of fun yos but I want something different. I’ll take ANY condition within reason, as long as its not a pile of plastic.

If that is your price range it is best that you buy a PGM they have stacks and sell for $29.99.

Yes, PGM sounds great for that. However, you don’t want to get a yoyo just because it has hubstacks.
