a multi-tool. How should I go about this. I need to clean a bearing.

Use some pliers and wiggle back and forth.

^This. If you’re worried about damaging the bearing, you can cover it with some sort of cloth before grabbing it with the pliers. Don’t squeeze it to death, just use a nice firm grip. The secret is in the wiggle.

I will consider this method. Is there anywhere you can get a bearing tool other than online?

Either a quarter inch or three eighths drill bit works.
