What should I pay for a FHZ modded for a c bearing and silicone response?

I remember some newly modded ones going for $40 to $50 if I recall… Can probably find a used one in the BST for less that that.

Really depends on who did the work, somebody with a lathe and a reputation for skill or some guy who chucks it up in a hand drill strapped to the work bench.

In any event probably not much more than $25-$35 (IMO).
