# How does the Alpine play?

I’m interested in buying an alpine but I was curious to see how it plays does anybody have any reviews? Is there any yo-yo you could compare it to?

Feels like a slightly lighter/less rimweighted Borealis 2. Borealis 2 profile with the play of a Borealis 1.
If you want the play of a B1 I feel like you’d probably prefer the more organic shape of an actual B1. If you want the B2 profile I feel like you probably want a slightly more powerful yoyo (and that comes at a fraction of the price.)
Tundra and TiPeak are way more interesting if you just want a CLYW ti. I’d much rather have a Borealis 2 than an Alpine.
