how do you get a stronger 4a throw without making the yoyo fly up in the air really high

I don’t usually throw 4a but I would say to pull the string away from the yoyo faster. The concept is like pulling a ripcord (no pun intended) XD. Also, a quick but light flick of the wrist to no throw it but to spin the yoyo.
