# How do you remove the bearing from this axle?

(beginner here)  
How do you remove the bearing from this axle? It has a little shield at the end of the axle to prevent the bearing from being slipped out or removed. And the bearing cannot be deshielded. (Yoyo is an Auldey Fire Diamond, its responsive and a plastic/rubber hybrid).  
Pls send help.

Hi Luis. Welcome to the forum!

Can you remove the axle from the half it’s in now? That may make removing the bearing easier.

I dont know how, both sides have nuts and only one side always opens. And also, i remember that the bearing cannot be removed on both sides.

Nevermind, I don’t think the yoyo is customizable. So it’ll probably be impossible for the bearing to be removed.
