probably the easiest way is to take a pic, edit it ( crop it) and resize. they upload it at [imgur.com](http://imgur.com)  
you should get [paint.net](http://paint.net) too, it is easy

Make your canvas size 100x400 and then just go crazy with it. [Paint.net](http://Paint.net) and GIMP are both great free programs for the job.
