I think they mean regular trapeze, like a quadruple or nothing. right? ---

1.0 → 2.5, plus a double 1.0 at the end. I’ve hit 3.0 a couple of times but i still don’t have the technique down. Locking both your hands in a position and moving them in the same direction is super unintuitive and my brain always forgets how to do it properly lol. ---

1.5 has gotten doable for me now. 2.0 I’ve landed…once I think and was never able to do it again. It just feels like flailing to me. I kind of understand the mechanics that it’s supposed to use but I can not for the life of me manage to do it. ---

the .5 hooks up to 3.5 (because I cant hit 4.5) are way easier because you are landing on your dominant hand. ---
