# hook help

i can do the triangle laceration but am having trouble doing hook i don’t know what i am doing wrong, but any advice would be good. thanks

For the triangle laceration, you normally put your throwhand in front, however, make sure you dont move your throwhand forward. Also, make sure you whip hard and fast.

dude if u watch andres vid on hook in the end his throw hand is puilled back so for the triangle hook kepp ur hand forward hope this helps:)

If he keeps his hand forward then he will end up in Triangle Laceration. I think the way he is doing it now is okay.
