I’ve been thinking about getting pads from Hollywood Modern and I was wondering two things. Which pads are best for an unresponsive yoyo? Shore 60? Does it come with a 30 pads or 30 sets(60pads)? ---

Reads like 30 total (15 pairs). Type is preference. Black is least responsive. I personally prefer gray shore 40. ---

It comes with 30 pads if memory serves. I prefer the shore 60 (clear) on narrower-gapped and normal-gapped yoyos with a lot of power. Weaker normal-gapped yoyos and larger gaps get the grey pads. They are both high-quality and you won’t be disappointed. ---

Is 4.5-4.6mm gap normal or large? ---

I bought when clear was the only option and they are fantastic. I need to get more pads and bearings soon when I have some money to toss away at maintenance items ---

4.6 is starting to get on the wide side but still within normal range personally. ---
