Okay, so I first laid eyes on the Horizontal Boingy Boing k in 2009. Still struggling to do a regular boingy boing, the trick did not just look insanely cool but one step short of impossible.

To save you guys the struggle of trying to learn it, ive put a tutorial up. Hope this helps
