# High up yoyoing

I Was lucky enough to get to go on a Capitol dome tour! It was really neat getting the see the amazing painting on the roof of the dome up close and to go outside, on the top of the dome! I took a short, messy video as well.  
Smoothness is terrible, as are slacks,due to weather. It was hard to yoyo with all the cold weather clothes that I was wearing…  
Oh well. Hope you guys enjoy.
