Whenever I try to do Hidemasa Hook I land in a Trapeze ??? Can someone post some videos or give me some advice.

Well, make sure both/ the whole loop is going other you finger and not just one like in Brent Stole. You are not hitting the string IN the gap but outside to you.

Make sure that the loop goes under, around, then over your freehand.
