# hey whats better duncan torque or the strix for 5a and 1a

hey i am finally buying a good yoyo what is better for 5a AND 1a torque or strixs but i was also thinking about the bassacuda

Torque hands down. Strix was a Meh yoyo and isn’t as powerful as the Torque.

I briefly threw a Bassacuda at Nats and it was a tank.

The Strix was slightly better for 5A i felt, but the Torque was way better overall. The bassacuda is totally worth the money too.

I’d go for the bassacuda if you’re considering it. It’s Blasted also

I agree with others. The bassacuda is definitely a nice yoyo to look at.
