I am not sure what the song is called itself, but I belive it can be downloaded legally from here:[JYCC -日本ヨーヨーコンテスト委員会-](http://www.japanyoyo.org/2006jn-music.htm). It is in Japanese, but you are looking for the second link there. If you right-click that link and press “save link as” then you should be able to download the track.
