I still highly recommend the Ekta! Other than that I can also highly recommend the Yoyofriends Crosscut, slightly out of your price range used, but it’s a lot better than the Papercut in my opinion. It’s not particularly unique in any way but it does pretty much everything well, has as satisfying feel, and would probably be my choice for a one yoyo collection.
