# Help!

I can’t seem to find a good video to help me learn to throw. I tried the slusny video but I can’t get a good video on my phone. Any vids y’all have?

As someone that has just learned to throw I will let you in on what helped me.  
The videos on Spintastics’ website are a big help [http://www.spintastics.com/SSTvideos.html](http://www.spintastics.com/SSTvideos.html)  
The “getting started with spin tops” thread on this board is a great resource. Remember Chris Neffs’s mantra “Low, slow and no elbow, bro”.  
Speaking of Chris, his youtube vids are helpful. [http://www.youtube.com/user/yophosis2?feature=watch](http://www.youtube.com/user/yophosis2?feature=watch)  
Additionally, search up “Trompo Cometa” they have some trick instruction vids on youtube… they are in spanish though.
