Please help w/ the trick at 0:11 (not leg wrap trap but the suicide to bgt) … i have randomly done it while doing a suicide to a binding mount and don’t know how it happens. If you know please help me out. Thanks lfinny

I think its kinda like a brent stole. You have to move the string around and then you catch the suicide.
