# help with timing of combo tricks

I have been yo-yoing for a month now, but i started learning the Matrix, and I am having trouble getting the timing down. Suggestions on how to make it flow smoothly?

Break your tricks into parts, a,b,c 1,2,3 etc. Get those smooth and start combining.

One strategy, works for me. Pretty much what some of the tutorials here do.
