# Help popping out of small gt's

So I followed [this tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FV4uKLkjCfo), but I keep having trouble popping out of the gt since its pretty small. Any tips?

If you’re doing the thumb pluck version wait until it lands or closer to when the Yoyo lands to drop the string off the nth index.

Thanks, that helped a lot since I was just immediantly dropping the string of my nth index

After getting into that gt, you can easily hop into another gt.
