I have a stock dv888 bearing and then some kid gave me his lyn fury bearing the lyn fury bearing spins longer now that I cleaned it. Will it dry out on me in the near future, I used paint thinner with mineral spirits ---

Will it dry out? Yes, I would lube it when it starts to get louder. ---

Yes all bearings dry out, it’s not a big deal you just have to clean them again or put some lube in them. ---

Cleaning a bearing that is dry isn’t going to help it, Buck Choy. Dry bearings just need some lube.
