# Help on dismounting from Man on the Flying Trapeze

So I’m a relative beginner to yo-yoing, and recently I’ve been working with an unresponsive yoyo. So after landing the yoyo on the string, I attempt to bounce it off, and get it onto the other side of the string and properly bind it, however, whenever I bounce the yoyo off, it gets a very large tilt to it, despite not having a tilt before. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try rolling off and not so much “bouncing”

That worked perfectly, thank you so much. Just tried it out a couple times and its giving me much better results
